Ming yesterday met with residents and staff at the Foyer housing development in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
The Foyer helps young people from difficult backgrounds by providing housing and support that will eventually equip them for independent living. The project is funded by the Guinness Trust, local church groups and the Liberal Democrat run Town Council.
